Today's Super Duty® has a high-strength, military-grade, aluminum-alloy body that’s lighter than steel yet incredibly strong. And its fully boxed under-cab and C-channel aft-of-cab frame of is built of 95 percent high-strength steel. Over 12 million miles of intestino went into delivering the hauling and towing capability you can depend on.

DURABLE HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL FRAME

The fully boxed under-cab and C-channel aft-of-cab frame is made of 95 percent high-strength steel with up to 10 crossmembers. Torsional rigidity is eight times greater than the previous generation. The C-channel frame easily accommodates a wide range of upfits from flat and dump beds to wrecker, service and delivery bodies.
